Creation of infrastructure such as Land Customs Stations, border haats, markets, warehouses, roads, and bridges.
Policy support for safe, regulated, and sustainable cross-border exchanges.
Formulation of Export Strategies at the state and district levels in alignment with national goals.
Facilitation of trade through GIS-integrated digital platforms, providing product directories, buyer directories, logistics mapping, and export documentation services.
Awareness programmes and partnerships with institutions like the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) for packaging, documentation, and export procedures.
Implementation of the Gender Budgeting Scheme, sponsoring women-based SHGs, NGOs, and entrepreneurs to participate in exhibitions and trade fairs.
Creation of year-wise beneficiary lists to ensure inclusivity and transparency.
Building marketing and financial capacity of women entrepreneurs to strengthen their role in trade and commerce.
Conducting training sessions for farmers, artisans, traders, and exporters on product quality, certification, branding, and packaging.
Running specialized training on rubber plantation, handicrafts, and agro-horticultural products in partnership with national boards.
Promoting entrepreneurship and innovation through exposure visits, trade fairs, and technical guidance.
Promoting Rubber Plantation as part of the Chief Minister’s Plantation Crop Mission.
Enhancing exports of horticulture produce, medicinal plants, handicrafts, and handlooms.
Supporting inclusive trade growth by connecting local enterprises with regional, national, and international markets.
Establishing institutional mechanisms such as the State Export Promotion Committee (SEPC) and District Export Promotion Committees (DEPCs).
Providing policy guidance, stakeholder engagement, and dispute resolution platforms.
Building an environment of ease of doing business for entrepreneurs and exporters in the state.
